Ronald Rosenberg

Ron Rosenberg is a Senior Managing Director for Norfolk Markets, LLC where he works with sophisticated institutional investors to provide a full range of fixed income and alternative asset investment solutions to meet their specific needs. Mr. Rosenberg possesses over 21 years of fixed income, currency and commodity market experience. Prior to joining Norfolk, Mr. Rosenberg was Head of Fixed Income Sales at Weeden & Company LP, a role he assumed after Weeden's purchase of Peregrine Advisory, an investment firm that he co-founded in 2008. Previously, Mr. Rosenberg was a Founding Principal of Greenwich Harbour Capital LLC, a fixed income hedge fund company, where he was responsible for overall Business Development and Strategy. Prior to co-founding Greenwich Harbour, Mr. Rosenberg was a Principal of Zeus Capital LLC, a hedge fund company with multiple strategies, where he was also responsible for the hedge fund's overall Business Development and Strategy. Before joining Zeus Capital, Mr. Rosenberg was a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers ("MLIM"), President of MLIM Alternative Strategies LLC and head of their Alternative Investments Strategy. In this capacity, he was responsible for MLIM's overall business involving hedge funds, private equity funds, managed futures, and exchange funds. During this period, he founded and developed Merrill's successful HedgeAccess™ platform.

Previously, as a Managing Director, Mr. Rosenberg ran the Merrill Lynch Global Hedge Fund Sales and International Fixed Income Groups. He built one of the most successful hedge fund sales teams on Wall Street, helped guide the firm through the LTCM crisis in 1998, and was a member of the firm's Strategic Transaction Review Committee. Mr. Rosenberg joined Merrill Lynch from J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for managing sales professionals who sold investment products to hedge funds. Mr. Rosenberg holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors.
