Customer Identification Program
In accordance with Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act signed October 26, 2001, Norfolk Markets, LLC is required to obtain a copy of the documents used in identifying our new account customers and in identifying signatory individuals added to existing or new accounts. What this means: If you enter into a new customer relationship with Norfolk, the Firm will ask for your name, address, date of birth (as applicable), and other identification information. This information will be used to verify your identity. As appropriate, the Firm may, in its discretion, ask for additional documentation or information. If all required documentation or information is not provided, or Norfolk is unable to form a reasonable belief that it knows the true identity of the existing customer, the Firm may be unable to open an account or establish a relationship with you. In all cases protection of our customer’s identity and confidentiality is our pledge to you.
